but is offered here for anyone to read and copy. I prefer to
define the main subject as "Controlling Consciousness" but it is more commonly
referred to as:
Astral Projection, Out of Your Body Experiences,
Being Born Again, Soul Travel, Lucid Dreaming,
Mind Travel, Being in the Spirit
and several other names as well.
These names describe an experience derived from an ability
that I feel is inherent in most ( if not ALL ) humans.
I prefer to think of the Astral plane as
the next step in conscious evolution.
